The have pale-blue or teal skin, pearl-like eyes adapted for deep-sea vision, fins along limbs for swift swimming, and bioluminescent markings that glow in darkness. They are deeply spiritual, living in harmony with ocean currents and marine life. They act as neutral diplomats between surface nations, ensuring safe passage across seas.
