Ownership & Use Restrictions
1. Ownership
Aetherion: The Last Sanctum and all related narrative elements (including but not limited to stories, plotlines, character names and descriptions, place names, maps, codices, artwork, symbols, logos, game mechanics descriptions, and worldbuilding assets) are the sole property of Timothy Cachia (the “Owner”) and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
2. Prohibited Uses
Unless expressly authorized in writing by the Owner, you may not:
a) copy, reproduce, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Content;
b) publish, upload, host, or distribute the Content in any medium;
c) use the Content for commercial purposes (including monetized videos, games, merchandise, NFTs, or promotional materials);
d) register any trademarks, domain names, or social handles that include or mimic the names, logos, or distinctive elements of Aetherion: The Last Sanctum.
3. Limited Personal Use
You may view the Content on this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This limited license does not permit downloading, redistributing, or creating derivative works.
4. Fan Content
(Optional—include only if you want to allow some community use). Non-commercial fan art and fan fiction are permitted provided they:
a) clearly credit “Aetherion: The Last Sanctum by Timothy Cachia;”
b) do not claim official endorsement or affiliation;
c) do not reproduce large portions of the codex verbatim;
d) do not compete with or substitute the original works; and
e) comply with any additional Fan Content Guidelines published on this site.
The Owner may revoke this permission at any time in their sole discretion.
5. Enforcement.
Unauthorized use may result in takedown requests, account reporting, and legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
