It has certainly been a challenging journey. At one point, our aspirations were shaken by the disappointing news from Riot Games. However, a glimmer of hope emerged thanks to Hypixel’s Simon. Just a few days ago, we received the definitive confirmation: Hytale is making its return—and much sooner than anyone expected. 

The game will officially enter early access on January 13, 2026, with the Hypixel team fully committed to restoring the original vision showcased in the iconic 2018 trailer.

The development team has confirmed that modding and creative tools are already in a solid state, though they remain far from finalized. This early access phase presents an excellent opportunity for modders, server owners, and creators to get involved and help shape the future of Hytale.

The Last Sanctum team is fully prepared to embrace this challenge—not only to contribute to Hytale’s growth but to finally bring our vision to life. Adventurers, prepare yourselves—the journey into Aranel is about to become a reality.
