The HumanS

Humans are a resilient and ambitious race whose adaptability has allowed them to flourish across nearly every region of Illdoridri and beyond. Guided by a mix of pragmatism, curiosity, and an enduring will to survive, they have become one of the central pillars of The Covenant—shaping politics, trade, warfare, and exploration throughout the known world.

Though lacking the innate magical affinity of the Elves or the physical might of the Dwarves, humans compensate with ingenuity, determination, and an exceptional capacity for cooperation. Their societies range from bustling maritime cities to frontier settlements carved out of dangerous wilderness. Above all, humans are defined by their drive to build, expand, and forge lasting alliances.

Humans serve as explorers, diplomats, soldiers, and scholars. Their cities function as crossroads of culture, commerce, and conflict, making them vital to the stability of the realms. Their armies defend the borders of The Covenant, their traders connect distant lands, and their scholars unravel the mysteries of ether, void, and the fractured timelines affecting Aetherion.
